Shipping and Return Information

Thank you for reviewing our shipping and return policies!
If you're here, you are either:
a) getting more information before you place your order, or b) you have an order that you might be looking to return or exchange.
The information below (though a bit on the dry side) outlines all of our policies in what is hopefully a clear, concise, easy to understand manner.

Shipping Info

  • All orders ship in 1 or 2 business days
  • Tracking information is provided for all orders
  • Expected delivery times are stated with chosen shipping method

Return Info

  • You may request to return an item within 14 days of purchase
  • Return must be delivered to Daybreak within 28 days of purchase
  • Items returned must be in the same condition it was received
    • all manufacturer's packaging must be included
    • all tags must be attached
    • sealed manufacturer's packaging must be unopened (tamper evident packaging must not be broken)
  • Send Returns with a Copy of your packing slip to:

  • Include a copy of the packing slip with the return and write the desired response directly on it (i.e. Refund, Exchange for xxx, etc)

Exchange Info

  • You may request an exchange for the same item in a different size or color within 14 days of purchase
  • Item to be exchanged must meet return requirements outlined above
  • You pay return shipping, we pay to ship the new exchange item to you.

Damaged/Defective/DOA

  • You must notify us of any claim of a damaged, defective, or dead on arrival item within 24 hours of delivery for free replacement, otherwise, you would follow the normal return procedure above.

Refund Info

  • Shipping and Handling is non-refundable
  • There is a 15% restocking
  • Refunds are processed by the Saturday after the return is received.
  • Refunds are given back to the same method you used to pay
